By using CFA Point ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Institute Listings

Institutes are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted information. Listings that contain false, misleading or inappropriate content will be removed. CFA Point reserves the right to approve, reject or suspend any listing at its discretion.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to post spam, scrape data, impersonate others, or violate any applicable laws. Automated access without written permission is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All site design, code and content (excluding user-submitted institute content) is the property of CFA Point. Institute logos and descriptions remain the property of the respective institutes.

5. Disclaimer

CFA Point is a directory service. We do not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for the quality or claims of any listed institute. Students should conduct their own due diligence.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
